Myfetch.fi is the marketplace of ENEXUS Oy (business ID 2686543-2) / Fetch. The online store sells products and services to individuals and companies in Finland and the EU. The prices of the products include VAT. We reserve the right to change prices and delivery costs.

ORDERING

Products are ordered online by adding them to your shopping cart and paying for the contents of the cart at the online checkout. All customer information is treated confidentially. The contact details requested at the time of ordering will not be used for any purpose other than the delivery of the order or to clarify any ambiguities in it. When ordering from the online shop, you are required to have read and agreed to the terms and conditions of delivery in force at the time.

PAYMENT

The online store is operated by Klarna Bank AB (Klarna) in cooperation with banks and credit institutions. No registration or additional fees are required to use the service. Klarna is a payment institution licensed by the Financial Supervisory Authority. All data transfers and financial transactions are SSL-secured, meaning that no third party can see your data. The payee is Klarna AB or Digital River for direct payments.

Your payment is immediately recorded as made to the merchant and a confirmation email is sent to your email address. Your payment will be credited to the merchant only after you have received and verified your order. The length of the verification period will be communicated per order by e-mail.

Online payment 

You can pay for your order via the online payment of any Finnish bank. Once you have the username and password provided by your bank and are paying for your online purchases, you will be taken from our online shop to your bank for a short while and pay for the products you have chosen directly from your own account. The payment recipient will be Klarna AB, who will take care of the payment processing for our online shop.

Card payments (Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard and Business Eurocard)

Paying by payment card in our online shop is easy and secure. Card payments in our online shop are handled by Klarna AB in cooperation with Digital River and Enexus Oy. During the payment transaction, credit card information is always processed in a secure network connection. Card numbers are not stored in the online shop’s or Enexus OY’s information systems, but are processed by the technical service provider Klarna AB.

ORDER AND PAYMENT CONFIRMATION

After a successful order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email address. You will also receive a text message from Fetch after route planning, allowing you to track the progress of your delivery and manage your order. To receive confirmation messages, you will need to provide your mobile phone number and email address when placing your order.

DELIVERY/PICK-UP METHOD AND CHARGES

We collect products from your doorstep. Current prices are displayed in the myfetch.fi shop.

DELIVERY TIME

Services and products are delivered on confirmed delivery on the same, next or the day of the customer’s choice. We are not responsible for delays caused by force majeure or indirect damage caused by delays. In the event of anomalous delivery times, the information will be posted on the homepage of the online shop.
